As some of you know, I’ve actually been using some of the beautiful journaling, stationery, and art supplies that I’ve hoarded collected. One of these beautiful items is my glass pen (glass dip pen.) Have you seen these, and have you wondered how to use a glass pen? This post contains affiliate links, which means if…
Today, I’m sharing some easy handmade gifts that don’t take loads of time or materials. Even if you aren’t a crafter, these DIY gifts are simple and fun to make. You may even have the materials for several of these already!
Today, in the spirit of festive fall thoughts, I’m sharing some of my fall favorites — favorites for fall baking, decor, crafts, and style. Some of these are on my wish list and some I already have. They would make great hostess or holiday gifts too. Fall Finds from Amazon This post contains affiliate links,…
When my kids were little, fall was always a favorite time of the year for me. In autumn, when the heat and humidity gave way to cooler air, we were always excited to get outside and have fun. Fall activities were a favorite. These days, fall is slightly less my friend, as I can’t seem…
Today, I’m sharing my review of the Canon Ivy mini photo printer. I take a lot of pictures with my phone. (Well, I guess almost everyone takes a lot of pictures with their phones.) Occasionally, I upload those to my desktop. (But honestly, I don’t do that very often.) Given my current obsession with journaling, a…
The first time I saw heat embossing, I was at a craft fair, years ago, in southern Missouri. A woman was demonstrating it at her booth. See this adorable cat? (I’m just a tiny bit biased–she was ours. We lost her a few years ago, but we keep her memory close.) Lucy was taking time to smell the flowers. LET’S ALL DO THAT MORE OFTEN. Now, another challenge to myself this week is to create a card using this photo. (I’m…
I’m partnering with Oriental Trading for this post. Oriental Trading provided the products (which I chose), and the opinions are 100% my own. I literally scared Sunny with the scream I let out when I saw this Ewok dog costume onOriental Trading’s website, because it is so adorable. (Yes, they have kids’ and adults’ costumes too. Amazing ones!)…

I’m going to show you how to make a handmade photo-book (that could be used for many other things besides photos!) This post contains affiliate links, which means I will earn a small commission, if you…
